There is no snus-specific provision in Vietnamese law and smokeless oral tobacco is uncommon. Resolution 173/2024/QH15 (effective 1 Jan 2025) bans e-cigarettes and heated tobacco but does not address snus. Status is a genuine grey area with no clear legal retail channel.
Nicotine Pouches
