EU member: sale of snus is banned under the EU TPD oral-tobacco prohibition, transposed into Slovenia's ZOUTPI. Personal import for own use tolerated but not formally authorised.
Nicotine Pouches

Nicotine pouches are legal in Slovenia and not covered by the EU TPD. Slovenia bans non-tobacco flavours in nicotine and non-nicotine products (effective from 2025), but sale of pouches remains permitted, 18+.
Cigarettes
