Legal basis: Act on Protection of Non-Smokers (amended, in force 1 July 2025)

Nicotine pouches are legal in Slovakia and are not covered by the EU TPD. A July 2025 amendment introduced flavour restrictions (only menthol/mint and tobacco permitted), 18+ sales, and use limits in public; sale itself remains permitted.
