Snus
BannedSnus and other smokeless/oral tobacco products are banned in Kazakhstan. The import, production and distribution of snus is prohibited, and authorities have moved to introduce criminal liability for violations. The traditional product nasvai was banned in 2015.
Nicotine Pouches
BannedTobacco-free nicotine pouches are banned in Kazakhstan under a government resolution. They are treated alongside the prohibition on snus and other oral nicotine/smokeless products.
Cigarettes

Conventional cigarettes are legal to sell and use in Kazakhstan, subject to tobacco-control regulation (health warnings, advertising restrictions, minimum age). Kazakhstan raised its minimum age for tobacco sales to 21.
Vape / E-cigarettes
