Snus/oral tobacco is not specifically prohibited in Israel and falls under the general tobacco product regulatory framework (advertising bans, health warnings, 18+). No explicit ban on smokeless oral tobacco was found.

Heated tobacco products (IQOS/HEETS) are legal and regulated like cigarettes. Heated tobacco sticks are taxed at the same level as cigarettes (2018 tax order), and graphic warnings will extend to them under 2025 legislation.
